承担本科生教学《材料科学与工程基础》，《生物高分子及制品》，研究生课程《生物医学工程前沿》，获评2015，2016年度大员工课外科技实践活动优秀指导教师，2015-2016年度本科教学实习优秀实习队等荣誉。

专注于硬组织中的界面科学问题，涉及口腔材料表界面性质、异质骨/软骨修复材料的界面粘接等，研究方向主要为：

（1）乳牙、年轻恒牙、恒牙表面性能的对比研究

（2）口腔用高分子材料的抗污改性

（3）仿钙化软骨力学传导潮线和选择性屏障界面的新型骨软骨修复材料

（4）仿生制备刚柔并济的“生物陶瓷盔甲”及其硬组织缺损修复

获国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目，北化工重点实验室开放课题，四川省科技厅苗子工程等资助。在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.，Energy Enviorn. Sci.，Nanoscale，J. Mater. Chem. B，Biomat. Sci.等国际著名学术期刊发表学术论文30余篇，申请发明专利3项。
